Steve was Head of Audio on Batman: Arkham Origins while at Splash Damage. Mark composed and produced the score.
Leading the audio team working on the multiplayer component of Batman: Arkham Origins, Steve carried out weapon recordings, designed weapon sounds, gadgets, ambiences, cinematics, and directed the music. It was a huge honour to design the sounds for Joker’s iconic revolver and Bane’s rocket launcher. Working with programmers and writers we designed the dialogue system, and recorded the dialogue at Warner Bros in Burbank.
Mark composed a powerful score recorded with live orchestra that provides a cinematic feeling to an online multiplayer game, while giving plenty of space for important player-feedback sounds to be effective.
